Upon termination of your account, tracksino will return any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to tracksino, including any bonus amounts subject to forfeiture. Balances associated with accounts terminated for fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited in their entirety.
You may close your tracksino account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, where applicable, or to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing procedures.
Nothing in this section shall prevent tracksino from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
